- •As an Operations Manager based in Paris, you will be responsible for finding solutions to key challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience in the French market.
- •This role directly contributes to Deliveroo's strategy within the Operations function.
- •Key Responsibilities Own complex logistic and financial strategic initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in the delivery network.
- •Define market-winning strategies at a hyper-local level, balancing cost, growth, and service levels.
- •Improve the customer and rider proposition by delivering better outcomes for partners and customers.
- •Requirements 3-4 years of experience in a high-paced, project-based organization (e.g., tech startup, management consultancy).
- •Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills (Excel modeling, database crunching).
- •Proven track record in autonomously structuring, coordinating, and executing projects.
- •Excellent oral and written communication in English and French.
