About the role
TL;DR
Support and delight customers across various channels in a dynamic team.
- •Join our Customer Delight team to support and delight our customers across Europe.
- •We work around the clock to ensure no question goes unanswered.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide customer support across various channels.
- •Help customers with their inquiries and find quick solutions.
- •Assist with emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- •Participate in quality evaluations and receive feedback.
- •Work flexible shifts between 09:00 and 22:30, including weekends and bank holidays.
- •Requirements Fluent in Dutch and English, with German and Danish also needed.
- •Strong communication and writing skills.
- •Background in customer service-oriented positions is a plus.
- •Comfortable reaching out to and advising customers.
- •Solution-oriented and friendly attitude.
- •Proactive and definite 'can do' attitude.
