TL;DR

Account Executive to connect with homeowners and guide them through the home equity investment process.

•Hometap is seeking an Account Executive to connect with homeowners, educate them on our home equity investment, and guide them through the application process.
•Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and understand each homeowner's circumstances.
•Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes for homeowners.
•Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and Hometap's proprietary Hub.
•Become an expert in Hometap's home equity investment product and unique sales approach.
•Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
•Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with colleagues to improve the homeowner experience.
•Requirements 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience.
•Experience managing a full sales cycle end-to-end.
•Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
•Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
•Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance.
•Willingness to become NMLS licensed (Hometap will sponsor); active NMLS licensing is a plus.
•A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
