Manage FP&A systems and AI enablement, architecting financial systems and deploying AI for automation.
- •Cribl is seeking a FP&A Systems and AI Enablement Manager to join their finance team.
- •This role will architect and build next-generation financial systems, deploy AI to eliminate manual workflows, and drive planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and manage the EPM platform (Pigment) end-to-end.
- •Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical platform solutions.
- •Identify, pilot, and deploy AI use cases for finance.
- •Design and test conversational and agent-driven finance workflows.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or a data-related focus. 5+ years in a hybrid FP&A/Systems role with a strong foundation in corporate finance.
- •Deep, hands-on implementation experience in modern EPMs (Pigment Certified Modeler credentials are a plus).
- •Active, daily utilization of LLMs, copilots, and automation tools.
