About the role
TL;DR
Manage the full lifecycle of escrow transactions for Hometap.
- •Hometap is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to manage escrow transactions.
- •Key Responsibilities Title Clearance: Obtain necessary documents for closing.
- •Client Communication: Maintain communication with clients throughout the process.
- •External Title Coordination: Liaise with external title companies.
- •Document Review & Quality Control: Review closing documents for accuracy.
- •Escrow & Financial Support: Assist Escrow Officers with file balancing and ledger management.
- •Requirements 1+ year of title or escrow experience.
- •Strong problem-solving skills.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- •High degree of organization.
- •Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
- •Fluency with escrow and title software, ideally Qualia.
