About the role
TL;DR
Lead global fraud solutions strategy, roadmap, and team for Quantexa.
- •Quantexa is seeking a visionary and commercially minded leader to define, scale, and evolve its global Fraud and Security solutions.
- •This role is integral to the Product Leadership Team, charting an ambitious path for the counter-fraud suite and serving as a global thought leader.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for Quantexa's Fraud Solutions.
- •Translate market requirements and trends into product roadmap features in partnership with Product Management and Engineering.
- •Produce thought leadership, speak at industry events, and engage with analyst firms.
- •Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, global team of Solution Owners and regional Fraud heads.
- •Partner with regional Sales leaders on strategic global accounts and support Go-to-Market execution.
- •Requirements Extensive experience in counter-fraud risk management, compliance, or investigation within financial services, government, or consulting.
- •Proven track record of leading product strategy or solution ownership within enterprise software, with a deep understanding of AI in counter-fraud.
- •Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders at major global institutions.
- •Deep technical comprehension of data-driven, analytical solutions like Entity Resolution, Graph Analytics, and AI/ML models.
- •Track record of successfully managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
