TL;DR
Manage compensation programs, including annual cycles, equity, and salary structures.
- •Guild is hiring a Compensation Manager to join the Total Rewards team.
- •This role will help build and scale Guild’s compensation function, ensuring alignment with the employee value proposition, compliance, and strategic compensation matters.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead annual compensation cycles, including planning tool setup, data analysis, reporting, and communications.
- •Perform complex analysis of salary ranges to ensure competitiveness and recommend updates.
- •Lead the design of equity-related compensation and stock option administration.
- •Manage job evaluation, job family creation, and salary survey benchmarking.
- •Partner with People Business Partners and the Talent team on compensation processes and education.
- •Requirements Deep knowledge of compensation principles, including salary structures, equity compensation, and incentive program design.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret compensation data and provide actionable recommendations.
- •Solid understanding of compensation-related compliance, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- •Experience building and implementing compensation and equity programs and policies.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across HR teams and management.
