About the role
TL;DR
Lead DevOps and infrastructure for a finance platform, ensuring reliability and security.
- •You'll own the infrastructure for a product that real finance teams rely on every day.
- •Infrastructure is about reliability, security, and trust, ensuring the platform is predictable, observable, and safe to deploy to.
- •Key Responsibilities Evolve infrastructure-as-code to add services or environments.
- •Improve CI/CD pipelines for safe and fast engineer deployments.
- •Investigate and resolve production issues.
- •Strengthen observability with dashboards, alerts, and traces.
- •Harden security, secrets management, and access controls.
- •Requirements Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi).
- •Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management.
- •Strong understanding of system observability and security best practices.
- •Ability to take ownership and proactively improve platform reliability.
