- •Network Engagement Partner, you will own external provider and network relationships in markets where Strive delivers services.
- •This role is critical for ensuring high-quality care for vulnerable chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients.
- •Key Responsibilities Establish and grow relationships with provider groups using an account management approach.
- •Analyze data to outline network and provider outreach strategies for assigned markets.
- •Collaborate with business development to identify new partnership opportunities.
- •Drive performance of practice portfolios, focusing on engagement, quality of care, and utilization.
- •Independently engage, contract, and manage practices in provider incentive programs.
- •Requirements 8+ years of combined related education, experience, or certification.
- •Efficient and reliable transportation, including an active driver's license.
- •Minimum internet speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down), latency <60 ms.
