- •As Heidi expands across the Australian and New Zealand health systems, we need someone to turn tenders into wins.
- •This role owns the end-to-end creation and strategy of bids, proposals, and tender responses for enterprise customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead bid qualification and build clear bid plans, timelines, and ownership across every live tender.
- •Pull apart tender documents to surface requirements, evaluation criteria, and risks.
- •Run the full tender lifecycle, coordinating input from various teams at the right moments.
- •Write and refine submission content tailored to the priorities and scoring criteria of ANZ health system buyers.
- •Act as the single point of contact for bid activity, handling clarifications and customer engagement directly.
- •Requirements 5+ years leading complex health system tenders across Australia or New Zealand.
- •A track record of winning multi-year, seven-figure contracts through state, territory, or hospital network procurement.
- •Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
- •Organised enough to run several live bids at once without dropping a deadline.
- •Confidence in your thinking and openness to being wrong.
