Manage complex hardware and software implementations from initiation to closeout.
- •FLASH is seeking a Project Manager to join our local Branch team in the Dallas region.
- •The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for guiding high-profile projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring the successful implementation of FLASH hardware and software.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise and other customers through complex implementations at FLASH.
- •Onboard new projects, manage them through completion, including scoping, conducting kickoff and weekly meetings, and ordering equipment.
- •Coordinate shipments and schedule installation crews, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
- •Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope and install products, ensuring systems work as designed.
- •Manage the financial aspects of projects to maintain or improve the original budget and gross margin.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of project management or related experience, ideally in the parking industry.
- •Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- •Proactive leadership with a high level of commitment and personal integrity.
