- •Culdesac is seeking a dedicated Landscaper to manage all neighborhood landscaping operations at Culdesac Tempe.
- •This role involves maintaining plant health, outdoor common areas, and irrigation systems, directly impacting resident experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of neighborhood landscaping operations.
- •Manage, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.
- •Conduct daily property walk-throughs to inspect grounds and resolve issues.
- •Utilize internal service management software to log tasks and track work orders.
- •Collaborate with the broader maintenance team on cross-functional projects.
- •Requirements Knowledge of desert plants, tree care, and irrigation mechanics (or ability to learn quickly).
