Partner in People Operations to enhance employee experience and leverage AI for process improvement.
- •As a People Operations Partner, you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless, fair, and human-centered employee experience.
- •This role focuses on improving operational processes and leveraging emerging technology to enhance People Operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
- •Co-create AI-powered tools with the People and Systems Analyst to modernize People Ops workflows.
- •Support compliance training coordination, policy communication, and jurisdiction-specific compliance.
- •Maintain HRIS data integrity to ensure the quality of AI outputs.
- •Proactively identify and propose improvements for manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar operational generalist role.
- •Demonstrated track record of building solutions to solve process problems.
- •Comfort with automation or AI tools (e.g., Zapier, ChatGPT).
- •Exposure to HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
- •Detail-oriented and data-driven with a builder mindset.
