- •MagicSchool is seeking a Sr.
- •People Operations Manager to own the infrastructure, systems, and data layer for its People function.
- •This role involves executing key Year 1 projects and building steady-state processes to ensure a reliable employee experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own HRIS, PEO, and Lattice systems, including configuration, vendor relationships, and data hygiene.
- •Design and maintain employee lifecycle workflows from onboarding to exit.
- •Project-manage the transition off the current PEO and stand up a new contingent workforce vendor.
- •Manage IT provisioning/deprovisioning and Employer of Record relationships.
- •Requirements 5-8 years in HR operations or related roles, with experience in systems implementation and operational infrastructure.
- •Proven track record leading a PEO transition, HRIS implementation, or comparable infrastructure project.
- •Fluency in HR data architecture, including source-of-truth, data hygiene, and system integrations.
- •Ownership-oriented execution and ability to build playbooks.
