- •Crusoe Industries (CI) is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to be an on-site presence, building relationships with CI employees and leaders.
- •This role will focus on delivering soft skills training, facilitating programs, and developing the talent capabilities of the workforce that powers Crusoe's mission.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary L&TD point of contact for Crusoe Industries employees and leaders on-site.
- •Deliver soft skills training, facilitation, and development programming for CI employees.
- •Assess talent development needs on the ground and surface insights back to the L&TD team.
- •Design and adapt learning materials for the CI context.
- •Support onboarding experiences for new CI hires.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or a related field.
- •Comfortable delivering facilitation and training to diverse audiences, including frontline and operational workforces.
- •Strong relationship-building skills; you earn trust quickly and know how to meet people where they are.
- •Ability to work autonomously in a field-based environment while staying connected to a distributed team.
- •Adaptable and resourceful; you thrive in environments where needs evolve and structure is still being built.
