Customer Success Manager to help energy companies launch and scale products.
- •Enode is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with ambitious energy companies in Europe, helping them launch and scale products that save users money, balance the grid, and facilitate the energy transition.
- •As an early member of the growing Customer Success team, you will have significant influence on shaping the function's processes and operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of prioritized customers, owning retention and expansion.
- •Oversee the full post-sales cycle from product development to launch and scale.
- •Help build the Customer Success function at Enode, defining its approach, processes, and tooling.
- •Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- •Partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance the customer journey.
- •Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience in early-stage CS at a fast-growing startup or in management consulting (tech/energy focus).
- •Strong client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- •Startup mindset with high agency, drive, and ambition.
