- •In Additive Manufacturing, you will own quality and qualification, tackling the significant hurdles that prevent additive manufacturing from being used at scale.
- •This role offers opportunities to innovate qualification processes and become the backbone for proving out processes and hardware.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute first article inspection plans for additive hardware.
- •Define control plans and ensure specification compliance across powder, build, and post-processing.
- •Act as the primary NDE owner, leading development of new inspection methods.
- •Partner with quality and NDE to define inspection plans and acceptance criteria.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering discipline. 5+ years in a quality, qualification, or NDE role, with additive manufacturing experience preferred.
- •Hands-on experience developing and executing first article inspection plans.
- •Working knowledge of NDE methods like CT, X-ray, penetrant, and ultrasonic inspection.
- •Experience writing process control documentation and working cross-functionally.
