About the role
TL;DR
Occupational physician responsible for a portfolio of member companies.
- •Prévenir is a new Inter-company Prevention and Occupational Health Service (SPSTI) in the Île-de-France region.
- •Our ambition is to rethink occupational health to improve its impact on employees' lives and the experience of health professionals, leveraging Alan's technological capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate the three missions of SPSTI (individual monitoring, workplace action, prevention of professional disability) for your portfolio of member companies, with a multidisciplinary team you lead.
- •Drive innovation and continuous improvement by testing and deploying new digital tools in occupational health, optimizing protocols, and collaborating with development teams.
- •Focus your medical time where it has the most impact, with real delegation to your multidisciplinary team.
- •Requirements Doctorate in Medicine + DES or CES in Occupational Medicine.
- •Registration with the Order of Physicians.
- •A taste for multidisciplinary teamwork and delegation.
- •Curiosity for digital tools and AI applied to medical practice.
