- •Join Latent Labs to help build our San Francisco team by identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates across AI, biology, software engineering, and operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and shape hiring processes.
- •Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach.
- •Engage passive candidates and communicate Latent Labs' mission effectively.
- •Run structured, candidate-friendly hiring processes.
- •Advise hiring managers on market mapping, candidate quality, and process design.
- •Requirements Experience hiring for technical, scientific, or deep-tech teams.
- •Confidence in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- •Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and understand technical requirements.
- •Clear communication skills to represent a complex scientific mission.
- •Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple hiring processes.
- •Deep care for candidate experience and running efficient processes.
