About the role
TL;DR
Drive value and adoption for a portfolio of customers using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- •As a Senior Value Engineer on the Scale team, you will be a trusted advisor responsible for driving value, adoption, and customer success across a portfolio of accounts.
- •You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure long-term success with the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive value, adoption, and sponsorship as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
- •Establish robust Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and coach customers for self-sufficiency.
- •Manage 1:N programs and scalable motions to generate impact across a community of customers.
- •Build stakeholder trust and drive success through highly efficient, scaled interactions.
- •Utilize AI-driven tools to monitor portfolio health and proactively surface risks.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of strong programmatic execution and experience with end-to-end post-sales customer journeys.
- •Broad industry and domain expertise with the ability to context-switch across industries.
- •High AI fluency, leveraging copilots and intelligent agents to accelerate workflows.
- •Strong stakeholder management skills, able to build trust with technical users and C-level executives.
- •Native-level German proficiency is required.
