Source passive talent for Go-to-Market roles in a high-growth SaaS company.
- •Pigment is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer for a 6-month contract to build high-quality talent pipelines across their Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.
- •This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying passive talent, with a primary focus on SaaS revenue roles.
- •Key Responsibilities Build talent pipelines across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other strategic business functions.
- •Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and other creative techniques.
- •Develop outreach strategies to create a positive first impression of Pigment.
- •Partner with TA Managers and Hiring Leaders to map talent and analyze market trends.
- •Deliver market intelligence including compensation trends and competitor hiring activity.
- •Requirements Experience in Talent Sourcing, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- •Strong understanding of the North America SaaS revenue ecosystem.
- •Exceptional sourcing and headhunting capabilities with a proven track record of engaging passive talent.
- •Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.
- •Naturally curious with excellent research skills and a passion for understanding talent markets.
