- •Requirements Experience building and leading talent sourcing or contributor acquisition teams.
- •Deep expertise in direct sourcing strategy, talent mapping, and outreach.
- •Experience sourcing specialized talent across technical, scientific, and other expert categories.
- •Track record of building scalable sourcing systems and processes.
- •Experience managing and developing talent acquisition teams.
