- •Loft Orbital is seeking an IT Support Technician for their growing Toulouse office.
- •This role focuses on end-user support and onboarding, with opportunities to grow into infrastructure and application administration.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support for Toulouse-based employees and new hires.
- •Provision laptops (Mac, Windows, Linux) and manage SaaS accounts.
- •Document IT systems and procedures.
- •Assist with AV conference rooms and office facilities care.
- •Requirements 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
- •Professional working proficiency in English.
- •Strong end-user support skills and customer-service mindset.
- •Experience with internal corporate networking (DNS, VPN, VLANs).
- •Experience administering SaaS environments and SSO technologies.
