- •You will act as the primary hiring partner to leadership, owning searches from kickoff through close and helping shape how we attract and hire top talent.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles Partner closely with hiring managers Drive candidate quality and experience Own offer processes and closing Help build and scale recruiting infrastructure Requirements 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within high-growth or startup environments Proven track record of hiring strong talent across multiple disciplines and levels Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage and convert passive candidates Ability to partner effectively with technical stakeholders and influence hiring decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
