- •Mintlify is seeking its first Head of Finance to own the company's financial operations, including the operating model, forecasts, board reporting, budgets, pricing economics, and cash strategy.
- •This is a builder role where you will establish the finance function from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own the company operating model Own board and investor reporting Roll out functional budgets and run budget-vs-actual with every team lead Partner with Sales and Operations on pricing, packaging, and deal economics Own treasury, runway planning, and fundraise readiness Requirements 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with leadership experience at a high-growth SaaS company Experience building and owning a driver-based operating model Experience producing board or investor materials Deep understanding of usage-based billing and hybrid PLG + sales-led revenue mechanics Experience standing up a finance function from scratch
