- •Lead Twilio's global revenue and CoGS accounting operations, shaping an agile and accurate revenue recognition framework that scales with product innovation.
- •Bridge technical accounting with business operations, partnering with GTM, Product, and IT leaders to ensure commercial strategies are operationally sound and compliant.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead global Revenue, AR, and CoGS accounting functions, managing strategic direction for subledger operations, journal entry frameworks, and reconciliations.
- •Direct the integration of technical accounting policies into high-volume global workflows.
- •Define and drive scalable operational vision for ERP workflows and revenue automation (e.g., Oracle RMCS, Zuora).
- •Provide oversight on complex accounting concerns like non-standard customer contracts.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 6+ years with a revenue accounting focus in a large, fast-paced public company. 8+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- •Expert-level understanding of ASC 606, deferred revenue accounting, and complex CoGS structures.
- •Deep experience with enterprise-grade ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and specialized revenue subledgers (e.g., Zuora Revenue, RMCS).
