- •We are seeking a Strategic Finance and Operations professional to join our team.
- •In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our operations.You'll collaborate cross-functionally with leadership in product, business development, and operations to evaluate new initiatives, manage financial planning, and ensure seamless execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Build financial models for commercial partnerships, token economics, and new AI product initiatives.
- •Oversee outsourced accounting functions, maintain financial forecast models, and assist in annual budgeting.
- •Partner on entity structuring, capital flows, and payment processes with ecosystem partners.
- •Evaluate the financial viability and commercial risks of AI and blockchain products.
- •Act as a bridge between Finance, Product, Business Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
- •Requirements 2–5 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate development, venture finance, startup operations, or a related field.
- •Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; experience with Python or data science tools a plus).
- •Deep interest in and understanding of blockchain, AI, and financial products.
- •Proven ability to handle novel, cross-functional challenges with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
