- •We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, research, and operations roles.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles Source passive candidates through creative outreach, referrals, and community engagement Manage candidate pipeline, interviews, and offer negotiations Build and refine recruiting processes as we scale Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles Requirements 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally at a startup or in AI/ML Strong sourcing skills and a network in the AI/engineering talent market Ability to move fast, operate independently, and wear multiple hats Excellent judgment on candidate quality and culture fit Familiarity with AI/ML roles and terminology Ability to hire for non-technical roles is nice to have.
