TL;DR
Lead the front end vision for core product teams at Medely.
- •As our Staff Front End Engineer, you'll lead the front end vision for one of our core product teams.
- •You'll partner with backend and mobile engineers to design elegant, performant, and scalable user experiences that power both sides of our marketplace.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the front end technical lead for cross-functional, agile teams building high-impact web applications.
- •Drive architecture decisions and code standards to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- •Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to translate ideas into delightful, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- •Requirements 7+ years of professional front end development experience, with deep expertise of 3+ years in React (including state management, animations, and Webpack).
- •Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks; React Native experience is a plus.
- •Passion for design systems, performance optimization, and crafting exceptional user experiences.
