- •This role will partner closely with people leaders and interview teams on high-priority roles, acting as a key partner in building the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end process and pipeline for 5-10 high-priority searches.
- •Partner with hiring teams to shape roles, drive intake conversations, and align teams on Check's standards.
- •Maintain crisp data and process hygiene in Ashby, leveraging AI-augmented tools.
- •Set and maintain a high performance bar for talent while moving fast.
- •Work in the open as a public partner to hiring managers and an active voice in recruiting channels.
- •Requirements 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
- •AI fluency as a core competency, leveraging AI tools to amplify sourcing, outreach, screening, and decision-making.
- •Fluency with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- •Proven ability to own full-cycle recruiting with a stakeholder-partnership-first orientation.
- •Strong sourcing capability, including outbound outreach and pipeline building.
