Manages People Operations programs and advises on HR matters.
- •As our People Operations Manager, you will manage the full scope of our People Operations function, from systems and compliance to benefits and payroll.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the execution of key People Operations programs, including payroll, benefits, HRIS management, and compliance.
- •Collaborate on high-impact, cross-functional projects central to People Operations.
- •Act as an advisor and consultant to leaders and employees on complex employee relations issues, compensation, and policy interpretation.
- •Requirements 7+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations.
- •Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional HR projects.
- •Deep subject matter expertise in at least two of the following areas: benefits administration, compensation, HRIS management, or employee relations.
