About the role
TL;DR
Founding Product Engineer to build a new Physical AI product line, owning solutions end-to-end.
- •Netradyne is building a new Physical AI product line, a vision-based platform monitoring physical environments and identifying safety risks in real-time.
- •This is a founding-team role for generalists excited about building something new from edge to cloud to user interface.
- •Key Responsibilities Own problems end-to-end, from edge devices to cloud platforms to user interfaces.
- •Design and implement cloud ingestion, storage, and data models for safety events.
- •Develop multi-tenancy, identity, and access control systems.
- •Build operations dashboards, compliance analytics, and operator scoring workflows.
- •Collaborate directly with customers to shape product development and iterate rapidly.
- •Requirements Systems thinking and dynamic range across infrastructure and product/UX.
- •Bias to action and full ownership of problems from scoping to shipping.
- •Direct customer experience to shape product development.
- •Full-stack comfort with modern backend languages (Go, Python, Java) and cloud infrastructure or modern frontend development.
- •Experience designing or working within multi-tenant systems with role-based access control.
- •Fluent with AI-assisted development tools. 7+ years of software engineering experience.
