About the role
TL;DR
Own the global onboarding program end-to-end for new hires at ElevenLabs.
- •As the dedicated onboarding owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end new joiner experience globally, from offer signing to full ramp-up and integration into the company.
- •You will design a globally consistent onboarding journey that reflects ElevenLabs' high-velocity, ambitious, and caring culture.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the global onboarding program end-to-end, including pre-boarding, first day, and 30/60/90 day frameworks.
- •Partner with People Operations & IT to ensure seamless operational onboarding steps across all regions.
- •Collaborate with Leads to build team-specific onboarding guides.
- •Design and maintain onboarding materials, ensuring they stay current with company evolution.
- •Track and analyze new joiner feedback to improve time-to-productivity and engagement.
- •Requirements Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to onboarding programs at a fast-growing company, ideally with a global workforce.
- •Strong operational instincts and a passion for building scalable processes.
- •Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple cohorts simultaneously.
- •Collaborative and empathetic communicator, understanding the importance of both knowledge and feeling in onboarding.
