- •Requirements Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
- •Interest in hardware product development, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- •Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- •Analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
