- •We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Workplace Coordinator to become the face of Miro’s Austin hub.
- •This role is rooted in hospitality, bringing warmth, presence, and attention to detail to make the office feel exceptional.

- •Key Responsibilities Welcome employees, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- •Own the front-of-house experience, including visitor management and space readiness.
- •Ensure the hub runs smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with building management.
- •Support employee experience touchpoints like onboarding tours and internal events.
- •Coordinate vendors and contractors end-to-end.
- •Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in workplace operations, hospitality, office coordination, or a customer-facing role.
- •A natural hospitality mindset focused on creating welcoming, people-first experiences.
- •Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple requests.
- •Clear, professional communication, written and verbal.
- •Proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
