  • We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-first Workplace Coordinator to become the face of Miro’s Austin hub.
  • This role is rooted in hospitality, bringing warmth, presence, and attention to detail to make the office feel exceptional.
  • It's a springboard into a well-rounded workplace career with growth opportunities in operations, vendor management, and events.
  • Key Responsibilities Welcome employees, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Own the front-of-house experience, including visitor management and space readiness.
  • Ensure the hub runs smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with building management.
  • Support employee experience touchpoints like onboarding tours and internal events.
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors end-to-end.
  • Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in workplace operations, hospitality, office coordination, or a customer-facing role.
  • A natural hospitality mindset focused on creating welcoming, people-first experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple requests.
  • Clear, professional communication, written and verbal.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
