TL;DR
Technical anchor for Scaled Enterprise CS, unblocking hundreds of customers through enablement and advanced workflows.
- •Seeking a highly technical educator and problem-solver to be the technical anchor for the Scaled Enterprise CS team.
- •This individual contributor role focuses on unblocking hundreds of Enterprise customers simultaneously by designing and leading technical enablement sessions, hosting office hours, and building advanced workflow templates.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead one-to-many technical enablement sessions, office hours, and webinars on complex topics like error handling, AI agents, and self-hosting.
- •Act as the technical expert in the enterprise Slack channel, triaging issues and turning recurring threads into reusable content.
- •Assist with customer implementations by providing technical unblocking support.
- •Partner with other teams to build scalable technical assets like reference workflows, integration patterns, and documentation.
- •Build internal automations for the CS team using n8n.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy in a B2B SaaS environment.
- •Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
- •Exceptional presentation and communication skills, comfortable commanding a room of technical professionals.
- •A "solve it once, document it for everyone" mentality with deep empathy for builders and developers.
