About the role
TL;DR
Draft, negotiate, and strategize key commercial agreements for a financial platform.
- •Satispay is building a complete financial platform.
- •As Legal Counsel (Transactional), you will independently own the drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across all business lines.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate complex B2B agreements, including employer and merchant agreements.
- •Structure and manage strategic partnerships from deal inception to execution.
- •Advise on and negotiate SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts.
- •Lead the improvement of contract templates and legal processes, potentially in partnership with an AI Team.
- •Requirements Law degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in commercial law and transactional matters.
- •Proven ability to manage multiple transactions autonomously and balance legal risk against business growth.
- •Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver pragmatic commercial solutions.
- •Fluent in English and Italian.
