- •Flagship Pioneering is seeking a highly motivated Transactions Counsel to join its growing APEX team.
- •This role offers exposure to innovative companies and ground-breaking transactions, including complex joint ventures, partnerships, M&A, IPOs, licensing, and fundraising.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a wide range of transactions and corporate matters.
- •Provide legal counsel and support for high growth companies within the Flagship Enterprise.
- •Review, prepare, and negotiate financing and governance documents.
- •Manage teams of external counsel to drive a high volume of deals to closure.
- •Requirements JD degree and admission to practice law in Massachusetts or another state bar. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the corporate department of a law firm.
- •Strong understanding of equity financing, equity awards, stock incentive plans, and corporate governance.
- •Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
