- •This role involves managing active cases, organizing documents, conducting legal research, and implementing AI solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage active employment and litigation cases, including calendars, discovery, and document organization.
- •Conduct legal research on employment statutes, regulations, and case law, synthesizing findings for counsel.
- •Implement and maintain legal technology and AI solutions to enhance service delivery.
- •Assist in managing outside counsel and vendors, including budgets and billing.
- •Requirements Minimum of six years of experience as a paralegal, with substantial experience in employment law and litigation.
- •Familiarity with key employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and state equivalents).
- •Proven expertise in discovery and e-discovery technology and processes.
- •Experience in legal operations, including managing outside counsel, vendors, budgets, and billing.
