About the role
TL;DR
Conducts high-complexity Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for financial services.
- •At Meow, we provide startups with business accounts, corporate cards, and the clean financial reporting they need to operate and raise capital.
- •We're hiring an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment to own high-complexity EDD reviews.
- •Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases.
- •Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA).
- •Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence).
- •Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront.
- •Validate against primary source docs.
- •Requirements Strong EDD + BSA/AML knowledge.
- •Experience with complex/multi-jurisdiction structures.
- •Excellent analytical writing.
- •Ability to manage high-volume, concurrent cases.
