TL;DR
Analyze compliance alerts, support monitoring, and assist with regulatory reporting.
- •PayJoy is a credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets achieve financial stability.
- •This role supports the compliance operations and program improvement.
- •Key Responsibilities Review and analyze transaction monitoring and screening alerts.
- •Investigate compliance cases and escalate as needed.
- •Support compliance monitoring and testing routines.
- •Assist with regulatory reporting and respond to regulator requests.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 2 years of experience in compliance within the financial services or fintech sector.
- •Familiarity with AML/CFT, consumer protection, and ethics.
- •Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
