Manage sub-contracts and supplier relationships for Loft Orbital Solutions.
- •As the Sub-Contracts Manager, you will lead the evaluation, negotiation, and closure of critical sub-contracts with Loft's strategic suppliers.
- •You will manage contract changes, maintain records, and monitor sub-contractor performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the evaluation, negotiation and closure of critical sub-contracts with Loft’s strategic suppliers Manage contract changes (e.g., waivers/deviations, addendums, exercised options) and change control throughout contract lifecycle Monitor and report sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost and quality targets Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues whenever appropriate.
- •Develop strong relationships both internally and externally to facilitate communication, collaboration and alignment throughout contract execution.
- •Requirements Proven experience (6+ years) in sub-contract management Experience in a company with a production / test environment Excellent organizational and analytical skills Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
