Recruit top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design for OpusClip.
- •OpusClip is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis, with potential for full-time conversion.
- •This role will focus heavily on sourcing to build pipelines for open positions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build recruiting strategies.
- •Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods.
- •Manage multiple searches while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- •Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startups or fast-growing tech companies.
- •Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers.
- •Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- •A strong sourcer who enjoys finding great passive candidates.
- •Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially with data integrity in our Ashby ATS.
