TL;DR
HR Manager responsible for over 400 employees, standardizing HR processes and advising on labor law.
- •As HR Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for our more than 400 employees across our HQ in Berlin and our portfolio companies nationwide.
- •Your responsibilities will grow rapidly as we expand through acquisitions.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and standardize HR processes, including the setup of employment contracts and contract adjustments nationwide.
- •Manage our HR system, Personio, ensuring high data quality with your future team.
- •Advise HQ Leadership and the Property Management Team on all labor law matters.
- •Requirements Over three years of full-time HR experience, with a track record of building and owning HR processes from scratch.
- •At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth environment (VC-funded startup or PE-funded company).
- •Highly ambitious with a desire to build your own team.
- •Native German speaker.
- •Willingness to work in-office.
