- •The People Programs Lead will build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10x growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end onboarding execution, from offer acceptance through a new hire's first 30 days.
- •Run visa and immigration sponsorship for new and current employees.
- •Coordinate employee relocations across offices and countries.
- •Run the performance management cycle end to end.
- •Maintain and evolve the leveling and ladder framework.
- •Requirements Experience owning an onboarding or immigration process end to end.
- •Familiarity with visa or immigration cases or a similarly deadline-driven, high-stakes administrative process.
- •Experience coordinating a relocation or logistics effort involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- •Experience supporting or running a performance management cycle.
- •Experience working with or helping build a leveling framework.
