Manages talent systems and processes to support the talent team at FluidStack.
- •The Talent Operations role at FluidStack involves managing the systems and processes that support the talent team, including ATS configuration, automation, and data management.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the systems the talent team runs on: ATS configuration, workflows, SLAs, and reporting.
- •Build automation across scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring.
- •Own hiring data: pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and the weekly numbers leadership runs on.
- •Run process changes end to end: design, document, roll out, enforce.
- •Requirements Experience running recruiting operations or talent systems at a company hiring fast.
- •Deep configuration of an ATS: workflows, permissions, integrations, reporting.
- •Automation with APIs, no-code tooling, or scripts.
- •Dashboards that get opened without a reminder.
- •Bonus: Ashby administration, SQL or Python, AI screening and scoring tools, referral program operations.
