TL;DR
Analyze business operations and implement system solutions, including Salesforce and AI tools.
- •Wrapbook is seeking a Systems & Business Analyst to join their Client Operations team.
- •This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and system capabilities, defining workflows, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Immerse in team workflows to understand operational processes.
- •Define clear requirements and specifications for system improvements.
- •Configure Salesforce for reports, dashboards, and simple flows.
- •Collaborate with an AI Ops partner to develop AI-driven solutions.
- •Own the roadmap and prioritization for non-Salesforce tools.
- •Requirements 6+ years in a business analyst, ops, or systems role.
- •High Salesforce fluency and experience building on the platform.
- •Strong discovery instincts and ability to interview stakeholders.
- •Experience building beyond CRM (e.g., automation, scripting, integrations).
- •AI-first, automation-first mindset.
