- •1Password is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive the successful implementation and growth of 1Password solutions with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- •This role involves managing partner relationships, guiding complex deployments, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring MSPs deliver value to their customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of MSP accounts, building strong relationships and supporting partner satisfaction, deployment progress, and sales goals.
- •Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- •Lead regular business reviews with partners to understand needs, assess performance, and create growth plans.
- •Guide new MSPs through onboarding and deployment, partnering with internal teams to create implementation plans.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, Account Executive, or Account Management roles.
- •Proven ability to manage partner relationships effectively and guide successful software implementations.
- •Strong sales judgment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- •Solution-oriented approach to partner needs, challenges, and competing priorities.
