TL;DR
Lead and develop a Customer Success team to drive enterprise customer value and retention.
- •CreatorIQ is seeking an experienced, people-first leader to scale its EMEA Customer Success organization.
- •This role will focus on driving exceptional customer outcomes and maximizing the value of the CreatorIQ platform for enterprise clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Customer Success Professionals.
- •Drive customer retention, adoption, and growth by ensuring customers achieve measurable business value.
- •Own team forecasting, risk management, and operational processes for consistent customer lifecycle execution.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams.
- •Leverage AI and automation to improve team productivity and customer outcomes.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or related SaaS role, with previous people leadership experience.
- •Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop Customer Success professionals.
- •Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and leading executive-level conversations.
- •Demonstrated success driving customer adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
- •Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and strong operational skills.
