- •Join Maven AGI as a Staff Software Engineer to define the technical direction of our systems and mentor other engineers.
- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the architecture and development of a world-class agentic platform.
- •Work with cross-functional partners to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- •Lead or support high-impact initiatives that expand the capabilities of our platform.
- •Mentor engineers and elevate the overall quality of the team's technical work.
- •Build well-structured, testable, and resilient services that can operate at scale.
- •Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and contribute effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •Requirements 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- •Experience building backend services in TypeScript/Node.js and Java.
- •Experience setting technical direction for teams and making architecture decisions.
- •Relevant telephony experience or the ability to rapidly learn and operate within this domain.
- •Clear communication, collaboration, and ability to articulate technical tradeoffs.
- •Excitement to work in a fast-paced startup environment and embrace ambiguity.
- •Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, or agentic systems is a plus.
